RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be unused and in good condition. Please return them to the address shown on your original packing slip or dispatch note. Postage and packaging fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item, the cost of returning it to us will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using recorded delivery for all returns. Refunds will only be processed after we have physically received the returned product(s). We are not liable for any refund if the product is not received.
Once we receive the unopened returned item(s), we will refund the applicable purchase price using the original method of payment. The refunded amount will reflect the product value minus any applied discounts, proportionally distributed across your order.
Refunds are generally processed within 30 days of receipt of your returned parcel or your cancellation confirmation.
EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS
If we send you replacement or exchange items for any reason, we understand you may incur additional delivery charges. As a gesture of goodwill, we will cover the standard delivery charge on your behalf via Royal Mail or another delivery provider—though we are not legally obligated to do so.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, any applicable local taxes, customs duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot provide estimates for these charges. Please consult your local customs authority for more information.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to customs and cannot process refunds for items lost in transit due to customs issues.
CANCELLATION POLICY
